THE DETAILS

Education Volunteer Training

Learn how to be the best water quality education volunteer! Training will cover a variety of water quality and environmental education lessons, so you are better prepared to lead the activities. We’ll also cover field trip safety and tips on managing students.

Led by the Jeff Birchler, Watershed Committee of the Ozarks Watershed Center Director and Brooke Widmar, James River Basin Partnership Education Outreach Coordinator.

The training will start in the Watershed Center, and as weather and light allows we will spend time outside, exploring the creek, and practicing activities.

Missouri Master Naturalists: This training can count as 2 advanced training hours.

We look forward to seeing you!
